Remember Jet Man?

I don't know if this has been posted here or not, and my apologies if it has.  If it has not, please enjoy the short video of another type of personal locomotion

Here is a short clip of Franz Schoeffman flying at the German RC Academy. His helo is about 30 hp, a water-cooled go-cart engine, chain trans and simple reversing bevel gears in the can between the rotors. The rotors are a pair of ultralight props (one set with reversed pitch of course). Franz's brother runs a go-cart shop by the way.

Edited to add the information that I forgot to include about the "pilot".

To understand true love, lock your dog and your wife in the trunk of your car for an hour and then see which one is glad to see you when you come back

oh man I dunno what it is, but I can't stop laughing at that.  I think about the only thing that might be good at is making you go death and possibly causing your death.

If you want to see something cool, check this little baby out. It's a small airplane powered by a 18hp Briggs & Stratton lawn mower engine.
