i was just testing my new x52 on offline practice then when i shot the wings of a p-51 and alot other planes, they didnt fall, they just kept flying in a circle with no wings and with a blown up engine. Can some one tell me how to fix this so when i shoot a wing they plane falls and crashes?

There is none. It's the way it is, they are just drones to practice your shooting on.

then is it possibe to change the AI planes like instead of ZB-24 i can put a B-17 in its place?

There is nothing you can change in offline drones.

....and if you hit them hard enough they blow up and a new plane appears to replace them.
