Add an unimproved runway with a rearm pad at Vhs and Ports.

No hangers to replane, just something to land and rearm at.

Make it be disabled if troops/supplies are down.

Most Threads in this forum have been discussed before. If he did a search and replied to a year old thread someone would probably get upset he brought up an old post. Stating his wish in a new thread is NO Biggie.
