Arena reset

It seems that a majority of the HTC servers were reset last night without warning - as a result the AvA arena had to be reloaded.  Please ensure everything is as it should be.

Down times messed up and adding to that an allied CV that spawns 15miles from a axis base is making arena more screwy then it was before.

We've reset the downtimes to 60 minutes and factory objects to 48 hours.

is that 1 hour down for all objects, including hangers and town buildings?

So did this reset affect Allies captures of A84, A83, A28 & v93.

When I logged last night after we took A83, Allies owned all those bases. I've logged in 3 or 4 times throughout the day to see if there was a fight brewing and never saw anyone online. So how could we have lost all those bases?

So did the Axis actually recapture those base or are the settings still off?
