VMF-251 The Buccaneers is looking to add a few more pilots.
We're a Rook squadron primarily flying in the Late War Arenas and Friday Squad Ops. We meet officially Saturday nights and 9pm EST, and have a training/practice night the same time on Wednesdays, in addition to FSO at 11pm EST on Fridays. We've been together for just over a year and have 12 on the roster (1 honorary who's long-since left the game, and 11 active) with maybe 5-7 who fly regularly. We're definitely looking to expand that (my goal is another ten who are online regularly).
Our focus is on teamwork and covering each others' backs. We fly a variety of operations, both general furballing and also supporting the win-the-war, depending on our mood. Our main ride is the F4U-1A and the other Corsair variants though we'll roll other aircraft as dictated by the situation or fancy (check out our Media page for screens of a B-25H mission we ran a couple weeks ago).
