Yeah, I wish the homepage were updated. Actually, the game info and support pages. Some things are a little out of date.
But what I'd really like to see, is when potential new customers download the game....That somehow they can be made to know of how important it is to browse the help file about the game? I monitor the help channel when online...and I'm amazed at how many times I see "how do I take off?" The only way I can help is direct them to training (which they don't know how to get to) or tell them read the help file.
Is that it's because the new guy is just too impatient to learn before he fires the game up? Or because he doesn't know how immersive it is?
Either way, from new guys standpoint...it's a pretty damn frustrating first impression.
