Confusing, not laid out properly, could not download help file but worked.
I wanted to select certain items and change the color of them and could not. The help file I'll have to try D/Ling again but they do have an online one available to view.
There is another free program that is much smaller called Paint.net. You can give that one a try too and do a comparison.
Besides the first sight on the download list called A1_type1_alpha the rest are not exactly perfect. THEY ARE IN FACT CENTERED PROPERLY tho...just not as smooth as the alpha one. The alpha one seems to be my favorite because it's round, has a slightly larger center dot, short level line, fits all planes well and you can notice a slight change in color over land from the air for some reason.
Although in 2002 I used to really like the spit one i made, i just can't get used to it. It worked great offline but confuses me now in the main. It may be more suited for the German planes being low and sleek.
