Hi Darkish...hows it hangin mate.

What a wonderful concept you've introduced here in that link.  People having a debate without prolific taunts on a matter that concerns them.  Dare I say a kind of "elegance".

So known data over verbal issues.  Not being privy to data I'll make something up.  70% of ah bomber pilots don't go above 10k whereas 30% do  (hypothetical known data).  Of the 70% only 43% achieve the mission with just 33% making a successful landing.  Of the 30% higher alt bombers 89% achieve mission with an increasing 91% making a successful landing.

Data would suggest that that's what the customer wants..... Low Alt Bombers.  Get in there and do it no matter the conclusion.... So I better suck it up then  :frown:

60% of the time it works all of the time.

You wanna know why folks laugh so hard at lines like that? They put them in major motion pictures because it's OBVIOUSLY stupid to say. Good for a laugh. Not for an argument.

You can manipulate numbers to make a point, but it doesn't tell the entire story nor does it reflect what is really going on.

25 / 5 = 14 and 5 x 14 = 25, for example.

To clarify - the point I was hoping to illustrate is that the game should take on board the whines to identify a problem .. but the neccessary solution, unless it is contrary to the core gameplay / product, is solved inhouse .

This is something I think HTC does very well.

That's silly.

Obviously the solution is in-house. HTC is the only one that can make game changes. And we are the glorified beta testers, so obviously we're getting more exposure to bugs and issues, bringing them to light to HTC.

It's just the way it is. If HTC didn't fix any of the problems brought up, they'd be out of business
