how do u set the time?

ok my problem is this
i set the breifing time say 12:00

then i draw the route way points
then i set the segments such as take off and cruise ect

but the take off time shows as 00:00
and then counts up from then?
what am i doing wrong with the time as i cant get a mission to run?

Set Briefing time is not when the briefing will take place.
But how long the breifing will last in seconds. Don't use
colons or semi colons. A sixty second briefing would be
entered like this 60.00
