First Successful Working Mission

Where does the .fla file go. I have downloaded the mission..placed it in the missions folder, I placed the map in the misres folder and I'm still getting an invalid mission.

The map goes in the "ahiiterr" folder, the mission (i.e, the ".mis" file) in the "offmis" folder, and I'm not sure about the ".fla" file, but I think that it goes in "ahiiterr" folder as well.

I now can get the map up but can not choose a flight. An error box shows up and says choose a flight...however...there are no flights to choose from. As stated above, I placed the .mis file in the offmiss folder, the map into the ahiiterrain folder as well as the .fla file. There were other .fla files in there as well so it must be in the right spot. The possible flights for the P40E or the Ki will not appear. HELP PLEASE!!

Sorry, I'm not sure about this.  If you have mission editor, check that the "Display flight in arena" box is ticked (under the Flight Properties), but I doubt this is the case.

Downloaded, put the files in their rightful spots...and it doesn't show up in the Flights or anything.

follow yassarians advice, go to the editor, check in *show up on arena*

Go to the main page and select the terrain "ndisle" then select offline missions and then practice missions and it should show up.

The island is called Iwo Jima, not Iwa Jima.
