Is this stuff really happening there?

They're actually criminalizing this?

I knew about this sort of thing up in Canada.

And been hearing things about Kalifornia

But didn't think it was in the Mid U.S. yet?

Now you got to have permission from the Government and the ACLU?

Anyone living Colorado care to comment?
It's been said we have three brains, one cobbled on top of the next. The stem is first, the reptilian brain; then the mammalian cerebellum; finally the over developed cerebral cortex.  They don't work together in awfully good harmony - hence ax murders, mobs, and socialism.

IMO, that's against the Constitution and our freedom of speech from what I've read, plus, if the bible says that homosexuals go to hell or whatever, thats what it says. It's part of the religion.

That is soooo 1984  :uhoh... God knows that I consider the bible 75% filled with crap but I'm all for leaving the bible (and every other religious texts)  where it belongs: churches and theological classrooms; and out of science classrooms and laws (based on it or banishing it)

It's called beliving. I belive in god, I'm a regular christian, you dont definately know how the universe was created, all the evidence is just theories.

You're intitled to your beliefs just like everyone else.  However, just because you believe in a God or a creator doesn't not mean it's so and doesn't mean everyone else has to.

I only just the other day heard a political commercial about this assinine law (just the type of law I left Kalifornia and came to Colorado to escape).  My question is, where was the news coverage about this while it was being debated? I'd have written and called my representatives to express my outrage at this POS excuse for legislation, but didn't even know it was going through the state legislature.
