Blue Angels we ……are not

Over the last several months Puma44 and I have been flying formation in the mains so yesterday we headed to the DA and traded in our guns for a bit to give aerobatics a try.  It’s a LOT harder than I thought it would be even in pixel land but we didn’t do too shabby on our first attempt.

Here are a couple pictures of some wing overs.  I'm flying #2 position....

It's a lot easier on the inside...

We were just starting our loop...

About half way, I had edged out a bit and had to correct...

Over the top....

and on the way down...


and an attempt at a formation landing..

Looks pretty nice. I'd do it but I leave to join the air force in 3 weeks. When I get out of training I might look into it with some guys. Nice p-38's btw.

When i got time for Aces High again once,then don't hesitate to give me a call bnasty! I had some experience like that in the TA and my results where the same!

Mus, you are the best formation flyer as from previous experiance, heres a pic of u flying in awsome formation on left wing at about 14k!  :aok
