MOTD Says server down in 20 mins for some installation. How long is it likely to be down for please?

I tried to find an answer on forums by checking the obvious places but couldn't see anything.

Anyone able to enlighten me ?

It took about a minute. they pulled down the arenas in two groups, about 30 seconds each, its all back up now.  :aok
