FRAME 2 AXIS ORDERS DELAYED

Gents,

Its midnight here, and I'm still not done.  I'll have the OpOrd issued by Noon Pacific time tomorrow.  I'll send the Operational Graphic out tonight so you can compare it to the warning order, and match them both up with the OpOrd tomorrow.
