instead of helicopters,which came into their own POST WAR how about the gyroplane? It did have a practical use,inso far as it helped calibrate the British radar,thus playing a pivotal role in halting the german advance



Yeah,i know,what would it do in the game? what would it add?

probably nothing,but its got a much better chance than any heli

I don't think FAEB did, (IIRC Thermobaric muntions, etc. are a more modern thing) but I know napalm did. In fact, the only time TRUE napalm was used IIRC was in WWII. Everything since then has been a different chemical mixture than 'napalm', the name just stuck.

IIRC, (And this may be VERY flawed, im trying to pull memories from years ago, when I dont even remember this morning...) Napalm was originally used in flame-throwers and as incendiaries in BUFFs, so yes, the Phillipines and Japan would have felt the burn.
