That might be a bit problematic... It's part of Korea. The North and the South started kickin the crap outta each other in the late 40's, and AFAIK the Korean War was never resolved. That pretty much leaves South Korea with 'Dibs'.

 

Let's not forget the 200,000 Chinese that crossed the Yalu River to save North Korea.

North Korea is the only nation in the world who's sitting president is dead.If the son dies he will most likely become VP.

I wouldn't be surprised to see China intervene if Kim dies under the claim to preserve stability in the region.

Why would they do that? The Korean DMZ ties down a very Large American military presence.

Just cause they hosted an Olympics doesn't mean they want to join hands at the equator and sing, "give peace a chance". The Chinese are thrilled they have some deranged mutt in NK holding down all those Yank forces that would otherwise be pointed at China.
