A good friend of mine chipped a tooth badly doing the same thing off a smaller drop.  He's lucky his knee didn't slam into his jaw any harder, but there was enough soft stuff to land in.

I saw a video of a guy who attempted a real long drop but leaned back too much on take-off.  Landed on his back/shoulders after rotating almost 270 degrees in flight.  I can't recall where I saw it, but it looked terrifying.

i'm half norwegian and snowboard there a couple times, and wow it's by the best slopes around and definatly not as popular as the alps or rockies so it's way more fun not having to worry about crowds, can't say i've ever done that

btw the caption on the video is 107meters straight down lol

I wonder how long those few seconds of falling felt.  :D

The last time i went over the bar on my bike i remember how long it felt before i did the faceplant.
An incredible ammount of thoughts flew through my head but none of them apparently involved "cover your face with your arms you dolt!"  :lol

I would have screamed as if a red hot poker was stuck in my eye as I excreted myself all the way down.  :O   :O

Then they'd take me out back and hose me down with the garden hose.

Testerone poisoning  :rofl :rofl

I once, and I have nightmares about this, dove off a 90 ft cliff into water. All I can think about is the x to the second power of acceleration provided by gravity. Good lord I hit that water hard.
