Right tool for the right job...

I fly the B26 on raids often, but I am not entirely sure what type of bombs or how many I must drop on each object to destroy it.  Is there a list of all the the buildings/ground objects and the ordinance required to destroy them?

Not an official list Batman.. but many postings on this issue.  A quick run down.
Here is what i've foun is needed in pounds for each target.

AAA = 100

Radar = 250

Ordenance / Fuel = 250 - 300

AirBase FH BH and VH = 3000

Vehicle Base VH = 1500 (this is a new discovery for me, I've only done it once and the VH may have been previously damaged. Someone please verify this.)

HQ = 12,000 ???

City buildings = 250 or less

My prefered B26 bomb load is 100's.  With that you can take out any sized bases AAA out, pork the Ord bunkers to prevent any bombers from launching, kill the radar and have enough left over to kill a few Fuel Bunkers.

Hope this helps... Also your climb rate is much better with 100's than the other bomb loads... less weight.

BZZZZZRRTTTTTT Wrong WC   here's the list from the full time bomber pilot.

Ack=100lbs

Radar=500lbs

Fuel/Ammo=250lbs (note it takes a direct hit to kill these)

Fighter/Bomber Hangers=3000lbs (note it takes a direct hit to kill these)

Vehicle Hanger=2000lbs (note it takes a direct hit to kill these)

City Buildings=250lbs

HQ=20000lbs

Oh BTW, when I say "Direct Hit" I mean the bomb must hit DEAD CENTER or else you won't kill it. Acks you can miss by several feet and still kill em.

Beefcake... i GARUNTEE you 3 100's or 1 250 WILL get that radar. I do it all the time.. try it... i don't even set salvo to 3 when i go for the radar, i just pickle 3 individual eggs and let em fall.
