Look.... You have to remember this. It is so darn important, and goes across all three of our countries......
Our rearm teams at bases are always willing to try. Regardless of what the craft may look like. No matter how badly damaged it might be. Nobody wants a reoccurrence of what happened that winter morning in December of that crazy year.
I think it all stems from an incident back in Tour 71 when
Lusche yelled at the rearm crew to refuel his leaking, half winged 152 because he had to go finish the job he started!!!
Now keep in mind these were the younger, faster days of
Lusche.......... Now that he's a little slower, he'd probably just get a new plane.........
