Nice shot man!

My original target was a b25 but Bamb00 took him out so I went for a secondary target. There's actually 4 cons nearby. I wanted the p51 but that would have meant giving the p40 my 6 and I don't trust p40 pilots  There's an la5 just under me at that moment. He was at too much of angle and I could have augered. So the p40 was the logical choice even though the angle wasn't the greatest. There was a hurricane to my left real close. He's the only one that saw me and was turning for the potential ho.



Now I didn't get the kill but I sure made a nice shot at nearly 90 degrees. He died a few seconds later. I just got an assist. My guess is he was werblized.




Sure wish I could make clearer screen shots. I sure won't be wining the triple head to go box.

In the film he was lit up right nice like.

Since you're in the film viewer and have the film paused, use the arrow keys, page up/down and the slider bars to move your view around until you get the view you really want.  Then take your screenie.

Best way to take a screenie is to go to full screen. There is a little button on the film viewer that says "Full Screen" then you can set the views that you would like, and then you push "alt print scr". You know what to do with the rest.

Thanks guys! I saw that full screen button after the fact and wondered about that. I didn't realize about the arrow keys. Will give that a shot, err try, next time.

Though I didn't get the kill I really liked the timing of the shot. I just thought it was worth a post.

Oh yeah, and don't forget to turn off the icons.  You have to click the "icons" box twice...seems to be bug.

Try moving your viewpoint behind the target, looking back at your plane.
