Only watched the first fight, too tired and sleepy to watch the entire 20 minute film right now.
Anyway, in regards to the first fight...your merge was okay but I would have done a triple Immelman on the merge and killed Stokes with a Rope-A-Dope, you had the energy for it and he didn't. Even though he had dipped down to gain energy for the merge, it looked like Stokes may have cut throttle on the merge in hopes of being able to get behind you as you both did a Vertical-8 (Double Immel) but wasn't able to swing his nose around fast enough for the shot and after that point you appeared to have a slight energy advantage over him and at that point, unless you screwed up big time, you had the fight won.
I noticed that Stokes made a comment about using trim, if he was trying to use trim to make him turn tighter, that maybe one reason he found himself at a disadvantage quickly. Using trim to turn tighter is an AH urban legend, it doesn't help and will hinder you more than anything else.
I'll watch the other fights tomorrow and post my comments afterwards.
