Requesting CO volunteers for next scenario: Dawn of Battle
« on: January 23, 2009, 01:24:52 AM »
We are now ready to start the CO recruiting process for the next scenario, Tunisia:  Dawn of Battle.

The estimated start of the scenario is currently mid March.

The rules as they stand so far (still a couple of things to work out) are posted here:

http://ahevents.org/images/stories/scenarios_images/200903_Tunisia/rules.html

If you are volunteering to be a CO, please post here or send a message to "Brooke".  Please give your AH handle, your message-board name, and a list of which scenarios you've played in and in what capacity; i.e., note for each scenario if you were a GL, XO, or CO (although we already know all past CO's, of course).

Best regards.

From among the volunteers, the CM team has selected Husky01 (BearKats) as axis CO.

Congratulations, Herr BearKats, and welcome aboard!

The allied CO position is still under discussion.

Will someone get on this and step up so we can get rolling. Atm I am without a computer for an undetermined amount of time. (whenever customs decides to pass it through). But this was one i was looking forward to participating in.

We're just assigning one individual 109F-4 pilot to patrol each perimiter grid.  By our estimates from the beta frame, that should make attempting to enter our airspace impossible to any and all P-38s attempting to do so, no matter their numbers.
