so there were no 30mm hits, how can you tell the difference. And the 2 hits when I had a full top view was not 30mm hits? If not my mistake and sorry for posting this!

I didnt see any 30mm hits either. 30mm kinda look like a small burst of yellow and red when they hit a target. Everything but 30mm gives the normal silver/white hit sprites.

Cajunn, if you're not seeing 30mm sprites(you'll know when you see one, large orangeish explosion) it could be because you have 'Disable Weapon Effects'(or something of that nature) checked in the graphics options.  Make sure that is unchecked or you will see just the normal sprite for the 30mm.

OK I will check, I shot a spit the other night and I never noticed a different.......I have also set my trigger on my stick to fire 30mm's first then MG's so I know when I'm firing cannons alone. Thanks!
