shore battery glitch?
« on: July 22, 2009, 03:34:26 PM »
I was attempting to practice killing SB in offline mode and a single short burst from a fighter cannon is destroying it. I have all the arena settings (except for protect objects) for hardness set  to default 1.0. What is going on here?

side questions

is there a place where you can get the meanings of the individual settings  such as   object hardness mults[BAR]

Is there anyway of knowing what the settings are for the main arenas?

I do know it takes 4,000 lbs or ordnance to kill one in the mains.......................

LINK and Link

IIRC Object Settings has a DEFAULT button and that is what is used online.

edit: the SB is listed in OS as Hard Gun Bat and it is set to 3.9062 as "default".  (i.e. just under 4k)

edit-edit: the first link is incomplete.  maybe one of the CM's can give the link to the page that explains the "full" list?  I seem to have lost mine.
