I'd like to apologize to the FSO community for the communication and the delays on my part. I've had some personal, as well as computer problems the last week, that created undue stress to the players who participate in, and enjoy FSO and I'd like to say I am sorry. Also, I'd like to thank Daddog, and the frame 1 and 2 CiC's (Drano, Rattfink [but really the rest of VF-6
], Kuvo75, and Bannor) for working through the issues in my absence. I am working on the Frame 2 score and plan on having that posted by Monday.
So on to frame 1, the score breaks down as follows;
In the end the IJN were able to sink the carriers in the C24, C48 and C51 task groups. Additionally, they sunk the cruiser in C48 and C51, and finally two destroyers in C51 as well. It's vitally important to the score for everyone to try and land prior to the end of the frame. As an example, for frame 1, each successful IJN landing was worth 105.899 points.
With the way I do scoring each frame raw score is reduced to a percentage of 33.33% so that all three frames are of equal value, even if the raw point potential is different from frame to frame.
