The mission editor is now available for download. You can download it here:

Instead, it requires that the raw mission files are built into a single mission resource file which is then put into the missres folder. To do this with your existing missions, simply run the mission editor and load up an existing mission. From the file menu in the mission editor, select Build Res Library. This will take all your mission files including pictures and sounds into a single .res file in your missres folder. You can now run AH and load up that offline mission or you can send that file to someone else and have them place it in their missres folder to use it.
