NOTE: This will only patch version 2.14 Patch 7. You will need to update to Patch 7 before installing the update below. If you are the autoupdater it will prompt you to update twice. However, the second update is extremely small at only 300kb.

Reverted a change in the texture loading process that caused some systems to have really long texture load times.
In the advanced graphics menu, detailed water can now be selected independently of detailed terrain. This allows players using low detail terrain to change their water settings.
Prioritized loading of the blackout tunnel vision texture.
Video Memory used should now display correctly.
