TE Crashing on Launch

All the sudden beginning yesterday afternoon the TE has started crashing on launch. Worked fine earlier yesterday and before. There's two associated events in the system logs:

Have rebooted, and deleted the terrain I've been playing with to force it to load a blank one.
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

Same thing happened to me so I just re-installed it and no problems since.
