Thats great work.  May i suggest that you should add ords to them.

Do you mean for flight time?

Ord adds weight and if external they add drag as do the hard points even after the ord is expended. This reduces range but at full throttle your gallons per hour usage remains the same.

According to the E6B as long as you are at full power, at the same alt and with the same fuel load your flight time remains the same with ord, without ord or sitting still with the breaks on.

A range calculator would be nice, but I can think of 7 variables that would have to be considered and I may have missed some. I'm thinking that because many missions back then were to the limits of their aircraft's range, they got real good with pencil and paper.

Only way to get a range calculator is through HTC because they have all the data for each plane's fuel consumption for any given alt, manifold pressure, and rpm etcc. as each plane is different.  Actually the only way I could make this calculator u ask for is fly every single plane and right it down for every situation like ord, fuel load, wind, rpm setting, manifold setting and altitude.  Hate to tell u this, it not gonna happen anytime soon, lol.

I should have mentioned that we already have one in the E6B. Better than what they had in the 40s. It updates in real time where as they had to use scratch paper when their flight altered from the plan.
