Pull up the roster in an area and while clicking REFRESH also RIGHT click at the same time.
The Refresh button stays depressed until you left click it again.
I also noticed that you can RIGHT click under the names list (where it shows the Countries, Player #'s and Fields) and it pulls up the names on the roster that are invisible under that. (ok, not the best description... just right click there and you will see what I mean)
