What are the two bulges on the center panel for?  They don't seem to be serving any useful purpose other than to bang your knee against.

A stylized mouse.. you put your hand on it to use  I believe.

And yes it is a A380

I would of guessed a 747. The yoke was photo shopped out to make room for the keyboards and the replacement was a joystick for a computer.
That's what I thought as well, however if you look at the link flifast posted that's actually the joystick for the A380.

The bumps are to rest your hand on while you use a touch pad (on the front side) with your finger(s). Makes it a bit easier to use the touch pad in turbulence.

Yes, it is a 380 as mentioned.

Yes, its a A380 and its still in test registration (F-WWSN) so it went to Emirates Airlines and will eventually be reregistered as A6-EDE.
