map change frequency
« on: November 29, 2009, 09:39:28 PM »
I wish the MA maps were reset every day.
"Then out spake brave Horatius, the Captain of the gate:
To every man upon this earth, death cometh soon or late.
And how can man die better, than facing fearful odds.
For the ashes of his fathers and the temples of his Gods."

That way only a fraction of the area of a large map would ever see any action. What's your reason to reduce the dynamic of the gameplay?

How about every week or two instead?

Trinity and the map in blue (ND Isles?) have been there a while.  I'm not a big fan of either.  Perhaps make Blue a "small map only" arena as well as make it easier to reset the map, ie "win teh warz".  I don't care who wins.  Just certain maps seem to wear out their welcome.  For me at least.

No terrain is up for longer than a week, in either of the Main arenas.

Skuzzy, do you know if we will get more terrain variety in the MA maps any time soon?

I mean snow, desert. I realize this has been asked before but I can't seem to find an answer to this.

Reckon it'll be the Big Green Snotty Hanky and the Mouldy Pizza maps until the cows come home. Or the sheep.
