I change the MK108 to reflect the 55 rounds it carried normally.

Weretiger, can I borrow this info to website?

By the way, absolutely f*cking brilliant piece of information! I have been trying to find these things for some time and now you splash all this here.

The loadout of 4 X SC 50 on ETC 501 rack with ER 4 adapter could be included to our current Fw 190A-8...

yope no problemo
By the way if anyone find contradictings info.
let me know.

As my experience proved you really have to cross check every bit of info......

this comming from the UK archives (AIR40/150 151 and 152)
About the A8
I do not know if it was ever used on a A8, but it was defintly possible.

Nb you can replace the 50 kg bomb by the 70 kg cluster bomb.

Hey Weretiger

Do you have the PRO Documents AIR40 #150-#152 ?  Is there any way to get a photocopy of them from you? I would be willing to pay for any photocopying costs and postage.

If I could get a copy, I would be willing to put them into Adobe PDF format and post them on a website.

I am interested in any original test data or documentation like that. My biggest problem with the UK PRO site is that it doesn't tell any details for the documents or even how large they are. And PRO wants an exorbitant fee for a copy of the documents and to ship them too you.  I would love to find someone in the UK to work with, who could occaisionally look at the documents to determine if they are useful before I decide to pay the cost of obtaining them.

Thanks

I know.........it is not easy.
The problem is that this is from several document and from several files.
The file 150 151 152 are humongous around 800 pages altogether.
(and there is other files on the BMW801 that you need as well.....)
I have a photocopies of few charts (the main ones). The main problem is you have to read through those record and cross-reference them
to finally arrive to that table.

The main problem is that even if you are there, there is a limited number (15) of photocopy that you can make in a day (you can of need to be there to see that this is what you wanted....)so even when there it is difficult. (i guess this is to protect professional researchers)

I can send you what i have.

May be you want to check with the Smithsonian's
They have a records of the captured Germans document..
