They're actually frikken protected here. You cant legally kill em cept by accident. And even then you better be careful about how accidentally you kill em.
Me personally if it comes to a choice of the goose. or slamming on my breaks causing a pile up or swerving to avoid them and running into a pole.
The goose looses. Every time.
So what if my foot accidentally slips off my break pedal....oops
