As always I can count on the great group on this board for advice and support a big thanks to all who posted.  Well I went over budget by approx 80 bucks and purchased from a brick n mortar establishment here is what i bought.

1. New case AMD approved 300 watt supply with dual fans.

2. Asus A7v 133 raid 0 mo board.

3. AMD TBIRD 850mhz

4. A HUGE bellybutton FAN for the CPU.

As of last night all together and powered up will go through set ups and installing software tonight, with hopefully a smooth install.

I will return the CPU for credit and have ABIt look at board (2 year warrenty) Yes the battery was checked.

When board returns I will set up a 4th PC in my household or sell the box for a couple hundred.  I am betting my new system will be screaming for a new hi powered vid card.
