Then you need to download the entire game and install it over the top of your current installation.  I am assuming Version 2.20 was running on your computer to start with.

Then there is something else going on.

Was the game ever working?  If it was, then rename the current installation folder, remove the dekstop ICON, and then install a fresh copy and try it.

It was working last night alright, not sure which patch that was, but when I logged in and patched today was when it started crashing. Doing a fresh install now.
