Today's Skins Gone After Logging/Switching Arenas

The skins from today's update remove themselves after I switch arenas or log off. They redownload every time I log back in.

PS: I will also note that I downloaded the skins from the webpage. No joy. Skins will not appear in the drop down list in game. Skins will continue to download in the background as I play.

Same problem, most of the skins downloaded fine. I've tried manually downloading the few that were missing.. doesn't work.
