20-40 mph slower is ideal. Much faster than that and you are going to overshoot, much slower and you are going to get roped. AKAK is very good at controlling his speed. 
aint that the truth, wasn't paying attention that first time I ran into you and with the setting sun I couldn't see that you had pulled up into me as I dove till it was too late and went sailing on past, felt like a noob after that one.
Felt the next couple run in's went much better despite losing.
