heads are going to hit, what they look for in helmet to helmet is blatant out right head hunting. Thats the crown of his helmet hitting the bottom of the face mask, a good tackle that will happen most the time.

he was out on his feet, he was awake but unaware of what was going on. Been like that before at a game and no one had a clue till they looked at the tape. Recovered an onsides kick and was out soon as i got the ball, got up gave it to the ref then ran out on the field thinking we were on D, had no idea what had just happen.

AFAIK its legal.

Its only a penalty if they don't have possession of the football, If they do have the football... Helmet to Helmet is ok.

ARTICLE 3. a. No player shall initiate contact and target an opponent with
the crown (top) of his helmet. When in question, it is a foul.

b. No player shall initiate contact and target a defenseless opponent
above the shoulders. When in question, it is a foul. (Refer to Points of
