Is an eVGA 8800 GTX worth anything today?

I have one and would like to get rid of it for this reason:

If I do nothing with it it will end up being thrown away...it is sitting on the bone yard shelf of my workshop...

If anyone is interested in an eVGA 8800 GTX 512 let me know...

A 8800GTX is a very good and fast card.  It is a huge improvement over what most are using here.  When that card came out it was just under 500.

Yes several years ago I "drooled" over the possibility of one day being able to afford one but then not too long ago I realized that there are more important things to "drool" over.

I did eventually buy a 9800GTX which was a decent card, but I only had it a short time because it was obsolete when I got it, and ATI's eyefinity cards came out shortly after, so I ended up with a 5830 (very decent card for an 'entry level' and quite a bit faster than the 9800GTX) and my G/F ended up with my 9800GTX...

If you don't want it, mail it to me ;).. really you should sell it, I still run a 8800 gt..last time I played AH few months ago it worked just fine. I am sure it would still work just fine for AH.

I apololgize guys....

I went into my work shop room in the house and for the life of me I can't find this card...

I had two of them and ran them in SLI...but this one is no where to be found...

I apologize for posting this without checking...I assumed it was just there...

PS it may be in the storage unit but I highly doubt it...and I vaguely remember now sending it to a squad mate last year for free...not sure of that...
