anyone havin luck running ah on a laptop? ive gotta 475 toshiba w a 4mb ati vid card that wont cut it. read in the faq that the ati card has probs rendering the prop. i cant afford any of the newest laptops w the 32mb geforce2go, but was wondering if anyone uses a laptop with another card like the virge, 16mb ati/gf2go etc...
btw i play mostly while traveling, so a laptop is the only way to go. my squadron is talkin of leaving our current sim and ah is an option if i can get it to run on a midrange laptop. also...are there any software updates comin in the near future that will make a midrange laptop obsolete? this is my current problem w the sim we now play...alot of the events are shifting to the later version, which it doesnt appear people are having much luck runnin even on the latest and greatest laptops.
