I just ordered the x65f yesterday without looking into it too much. then i seen where the stick doesn't move ,then i thought I made a huge mistake ordering it. After reading this forum i feel better now.currently using x52 and and have to keep calibrating it, very annoying when you are in middle of a fight and stick goes whacko.

The simpit
The stick is mounted on a platform with a piece of square aluminum stock holding it up. The aluminum bends just a little when I use the stick. It gives the feeling of moving the stick just slightly. It helps overcome the pressures you have to put against the stick to make your plane move in the game. I don't have to try and put even pressure in different spots of the stick anymore.
The profile i use is just simple pressure changes. I fly mostly on 2 and use gv guns and field guns on 1. f3 and f4 are never really used now. I hope this helps getting used to the stick, I love mine and wont use a moving stick any more  :joystick: :salute

Can't wait to get it all figured out. Probably gonna take a day just to mount it to my desk and get all the controls I need integrated into the setup. :joystick:
