Tuesday January 4th, 2011 10:00pm Eastern in SEA I - Aces High eXtreme Air Racing League - Season 21 Race 10. Scheduled host is BMathis.
Other than this is the first race of 2011, not much else is known about this race, but on this day in 1943,  US Task Force 67, commanded by Admiral Ainsworth, bombards the Japanese base at Munda, on New Georgia. A second group of cruisers and destroyers is in support of the effort. Proximity fuses for antiaircraft ammunition is used for the first time by one of the vessels involved in the bombardment. Wednesday January 5th , 2011 10:00pm Eastern in SEA II - Everything can Change on New Year’s Day
This week’s snapshot is “Everything Can Change on New Year’s Day" hosted by 68Hawk.  A force of 109G-6 190D-9 and 190F-8 take off on New Year’s Day to attack Allied airfields in the area of Antwerp and Rotterdam.  Caught off guard, the Allied pilots scramble to their P-51D and P-47D-40 aircraft and claw desperately for altitude.  Will the Germans deal a crushing blow to the Allied advance, or will the Allied pilots win the day and defend their newly liberated possessions?
