Focke Archgelis 223.

how about adding in hitlers dragon? this thing can instantly become useful in so many ways.

- can be used for reconesence. launch it from a gv base being attacked and it can help spot tanks for the defenders OR be used by the attackers to spot any defending tanks.

- can be used to easily resupply gv's within its range or airfields aswell. and we could possably load it up with troops and use it as a troop transport.

-it was equiped with an mg15, so it could be used also as a kind of "troop hunter". hovering around the city watching for any enemy troops who try to take the maproom when the flags white.

-(my fav idea) it could act as a med-evac for downed pilots. remember those times when you had 15 kills in your p38, but you get bounced close to base, shot down, you bail out. but you get soo mad cus your too far to get to the base top land those kills? well with this helicopter we can finally "rescue" downed pilots. imagine this: your shot down, stranded within the helicopters range. the helicopter could then launch, come, "rescue" your, fly you back to base. and there you go. you get to land those 15 kills. :aok

- it could also be used as a cv hunter, launched from a port or any base and search the waters within its effective range.

Never served in squadron strength, so it does not qualify to even be considered for inclusion any time soon.

I don't agree with the "landing kills" part. Think about it. To land kills you need to land, as in, with the plane you used to get the kills. At least, that's how I see it.

"TS/40
In January 1945, the Air Ministry assigned the other 3 Draches to Transportstaffel 40 (TS/40) at Mühldorf, Bavaria, the Luftwaffe's only operational helicopter squadron , equipped with at least five Flettner Fl 282s as well as the Draches.[14] TS/40 relocated to various sites before ending up at Ainring in Austria, where one of the Draches was destroyed by its pilot to prevent it being captured and the other two were seized by US forces.[14]"

With a cruise speed of 75 mph, every resupply aircraft would beat it and the Jeep is only 15mph slower.  So whats the point of having it?
