Video settings creating missing polygons

Have been having this problem lately. Some planes and vehicles start dropping polygons. Anyone else run across this, and know what causes it or how to fix it? If this picture doesn't display, I've included the link to Flickr. May a diferent site works better.

Here.. since Skuzzy won't run flash or java or anything he's not likely going to be able to see your picture.
