But here is a simple way of reloading Windows without losing anything and will fix any
window problems your haveing with Windows ... you shouldn't be having any problmes with DX8.0a
Rename the
iemigrat.dll file to
iemigrat.old and just re-install windows from the
run line on the start menu. If your CD drive is D:.....
D:\Setup /ie /iv /im/is/p j and let 'er go. Will
take about 20 mins, and you won't loose
anything. You may have to upgrade your IE (windows updates) afterwards tho, depending on what version you're on"
Then go back and reload DX8.0a
Back up ... as always.
