If you elect to join, you shall be considered a new recruit and be issued the rank of
Private First-Class (PFC) for the first two weeks of your membership. You will be encouraged to fly with your squadmates whenever you are on-line, so that you may get used to the squad routines and become aquianted with everyone, as well as give the current members a chance to get to know you. Roster page on the website for more information on the individual members. Each pilot also has his own "customizable" profile page accessable through the roster listing.
If you would still like to remain in the squad after your two week boot camp, you will become an offical member and be issued a new rank of
Corporal. See the

There are several awards and medals that can be aquired while in the 412th. Most are focused around flying the P-51 Mustang, but there are also several available for preforming other duties for the betterment of the suqadron. See the
