How about we cover all the planes that fought in WW2 before we cover those that didn't.

Since you'll earn more points for scoring kills in less capable aircraft, will this lead to BBS threads in which lazs argues vociferously that the F4U was actually a complete dog of a plane and should therefore earn more points per kill than, say a Fw190?

Hmmmm just dreaming

Did he say something about Ta-152 in the news...

Or maybe we just stick to He-162

Please put the perk plane icon in blue so that we can know who this special person is that needs a better plane than everyone else.

On points. I dont know what anything is worth now. Scoreing is hidden someplace I guess. If this is done. How about an explanation of scoreing.

SnakeBrain I mean non-WW2 planes, not late-war planes.

Az = nobody answered your question.  The correct answer is:
perk is short for perquisite, which itself somehow got substantiated.

Funked I think there was a post from someone at HTC that said they want to be different and not do the Been there done that routine.

HTC said WWII era that covers alot of airplanes, Pyros post asking for what one plane you want to see come to AH should tell you alot.

For you B29 dudes read up on the B19 it actualy was used in WWII.

Blah.

Call me a traditionalist, but I prefer history to fantasy. Not looking forward to the perk system at all.

"Gather points and win a teddy! Yes, you can do it!"

Once again, blah. My opinion, if you cannot take it, STFU.

Well,
lets see and judge. But I agree with StSanta: stick with history and not with fantasy. I dont like the old WB system (How a plane gets classified only has to do with how it affects the main arena, not with how it served historically)
And I dont like a/c that saw combat only for 1 or 2 months. If I understand well the Main Arena wont ever have an RPS or a balanced plane set. Too bad.
"And one of the finest aircraft I ever flew was the Macchi C.205. Oh, beautiful. And here you had the perfect combination of italian styling and german engineering .... it really was a delight to fly ... and we did tests on it and were most impressed." - Captain Eric Brown

No need to do that, peoples that need to fly better planes already fly blue planes!
