Actually, Frame 3 just ended tonight so a window will open soon for registration.
I recommend checking out
www.ahevents.org. Click on FSO and look around with regards to rules and registration. You will have to select a quantity for your squad and can be 2 under or over. I believe you need a minimum of 2 to participate.
