I thought I read you have to be at least 18 years old from a previous post in the GD? Not saying you aren't JOACH1M.
yep, as Grizz posted/quoted me on this..... in the past we had a requirement of Trainers being over a certian age, preferably we wanted New Potential Trainers to be around 25 or older... main reason was "Maturity Level" ........ with younger individuals, the maturity level is usually lower than what is needed in this particular role...... their are exceptions to the rule however!
also, I do not know if Rolex has any "Exact Age" requirements, it has always been up to the LEad Trainer at the time, best I remember... but at least old enough to vote I would think.......
I wouldn't let the age thing discourage you from building a resume Joachim. If you enjoy teaching others then there's no harm in offering to help the guys in the TA when a trainer is not around. If you are devoted and patient enough, who knows what will happen?
I absolutely agree with Cursed on this !!!
A person who wishes to help others / Training & Teaching & Guiding etc..... must be doing it all for the right reasons......
so JOACH1M, my 1st main question to you if I was the "Lead Trainer" would be "why do you want to be considered for a "Trainer position opening" ? what are your reasons?
NOTE - you do not have to answer that here in public...... but ask yourself that and write the answers to those questions down on paper.....
but seriously, do not let you being young or under any certian age requirement if you are, hold you back or get in the way ....... as Cursed posted...... you can be building a good resume , Teaching Skills, game knowledge, etc... for future potential
hope this helps
